Actress, director and screenwriter Renata Litvinova works in the cinema and theater for more than twenty years. The goddess of Russian cinematography is known for her love to the post-Soviet fashion. While most fashionistas prefer Chanel and Dior ball gowns, Renata loves Demna Gvasalia, Lotta Volkova and Gosha Rubchinskiy - she can often be seen in the front row at Balenciaga, Vetements and Gosha Rubchinskiy shows.

She has a special relationship with Gosha. Now the designer is working on costumes for her play "North Wind" at the Moscow Theater of Arts. Zemfira is responsible for the musical part of the play.
The production will tell about the family that celebrates the New Year in the 1950s, and then - a hundred years later. "This is a kind of love story, because the meaning of our life is to find love. There is a bit of absurdity, surrealism and fantasy in the play. It's about every member of a big family, and everyone has their own love story. Not always happy. And nevertheless, always with a happy end, we all will meet our love," - Renata says.

Gosha Rubchinskiy is working on costumes: "We wanted to mix different generations of one family in the New Year. I chose black and gray colors with brown and leather details. Everything is very simple, minimalistic. I wanted the clothes to stay in the background, working more with small elements that could tell something about the characters. Our main idea was to put actors in the lead, and then let the clothes function. " Litvinova herself says that she chose Gosha because she is bored with theater costume designers: "I know how they think. As for Gosha, I think that this is a completely new concept, I feel that this is a great opportunity to go a little further, deeper. "
