Deva admits that since childhood she was interested in fashion and photography, but never planned to become an actress. This year, Cassel made her film debut: she played in the indie film “Beautiful Summer,” and the series “The Leopard” will soon be released on Netflix. 

"For most of my childhood, I didn't want to be an actress. Everyone asked me this when I was a kid, and it put me off thinking about acting. However, over time, I began to become more and more interested in cinema and the experience it can offer,” says Deva. 

What she was really inspired by since childhood was modeling.

“I leafed through my mother’s huge fashion books that she kept in the house for as long as I can remember. Everything was so beautiful,” Deva recalls. “I knew I wanted to work in this industry at some point in my life, but I definitely didn’t expect to love it so much and be able to make a living from it.” 

During her short career, the model has already managed to appear on several covers of glossymagazines and take part in shows Coperni,Dolce & Gabbanaand many others. Now Virgo dreams of collaborating with one of the brands to create a clothing collection. “One of my goals is to create my own capsule with a brand and travel the whole world by the age of 30.” 

The actress was taught to make plans for ten years ahead, to dream a lot and to treat everyone with respect from her parents, who divorced when she was nine.

“They taught me to always look forward, always protect myself, always be kind and always remember the miracle. There are many more, but the bottom line is that they taught me to deal with unexpected situations and live by my own rules, while always respecting people and the environment." 

For the next year, 2024, Deva sets the following goals: “Get a driver’s license, visit Japan for the first time and spend more time with family.” She plans to celebrate the New Year in Brazil, although she calls Lithuania her favorite place on Earth.
