Kendall Jenner about her father's gender change: "His transformation was very difficult for me to accept"
Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner in the new issue of Vogue spoke about why it was so difficult for her to accept her father Bruce Jenner, who changed his gender in July 2015 and became Caitlyn. The 20-year-old model recalled how she and her dad spent a lot of time together as a child, when she was a real tomboy.
We had ATVs and go-kart cars, and I rode those things all the time, so I'm a great driver. It's very ironic, but I can thank my father for being such a tomboy as a child, - says Kendall.
His transformation was very difficult for me to accept, I said: “After all, it was you who taught me all these boyish things,” - explains the model.

Kendall admitted that she suffered greatly because of her father’s decision and for a long time could not accept his choice.
Now everything has become easier. I knew that there would be this difficult stage, but now everything is fine. It doesn't even seem strange - says Caitlyn Jenner's daughter.

Sometimes I look at photos of my father, those where he is a man, and I feel sad - I can be very emotional. You just have to go through this: you have a new person to love, — Kendall said in an interview for a glossy publication.
The model also posed for the cover of the new issue, which goes on sale in the US on August 23.
