"We ask you to respect our decision." Vera Brezhneva confirmed her separation from Konstantin Meladze

Vera Brezhneva commented for the first time on her separation from Konstantin Meladze. In a conversation with reporters, the singer asked fans to respect her decision with the composer.

“Many speculative topics are being circulated online about why Konstantin and I broke up, but we would like to reserve the right not to comment on this. With gratitude and respect for each other, we ask everyone to respect our decision,” Super.ru quotes Vera as saying.

Divorce rumors has begun circulating after the singer announced a new album in Ukrainian in early October and stated that she talked in it, among other things, about “separation and transformation.”

There are many rumors circulating online as to what could have caused the separation of the star couple. According to one version, Meladze started an affair with a member of the VIA Gra group Sofia Tarasova. A month ago, the composer recorded the song “Why Me?” in a duet with her.

Konstantin Meladze and Vera Brezhneva both live abroad. It recently became known that Meladze sold his house in the elite cottage village Millennium Park on Novorizhskoe Highway, where he lived with Brezhneva, for 350 million rubles.
