Who is Elsina Khayrova?

The girl is the daughter of former State Duma deputy Rinat Khayrova. The politician previously worked in the Ministry of Finance of Tatarstan (including as a deputy minister), the regional tax inspectorate, the Republican Ministry of Taxes and Duties (as the head of the department), was the chairman of the board of OJSC Joint-Stock Investment and Commercial Bank Tatfondbank, and an adviser to the Minister of Defense RF, as well as a State Duma deputy of the sixth and seventh convocations from the United Russia party.

Elsina worked as a model. Before that, she was married to entrepreneur Dmitry Tsvetkov, who is involved in the jewelry business. Khayrova lived with her husband in the UK, where she received citizenship. The couple is reported to have two children.

However, two years ago the marriage broke up. According to RBC, the divorce was high-profile: the ex-spouses shared real estate in London - including a mansion in Surrey with a swimming pool, spa, wine cellar, cinema and underground parking for 10 cars, the only owner of which was Khayrova and denied her involvement in the purchase father – and also in Dubai and Cyprus. The total cost of housing was £42 million.

At the same time, Tsvetkov accused his ex-lover of allegedly refusing to return his passport and hiding assets, including a collection of bags worth a total of £1 million. Khayrova's side denied these accusations.
